This information is only captured with the purposes of improving the functionality of the app and it is not used to track you in any way.
Personal Data
If you are assigned a free patient portal account on our website, we’ll also keep records of your username and password and general and marketing information related to your desired services. This data is never used outside of our internal uses and will never be sold to third parties.
How long we retain your data
Your information will be kept indefinitely unless you request a removal by writing to info@plasticsurgerycr.com.
